These terms summarize how SkepticalProof works as a commercial service. They are not a substitute for individualized legal advice.

SkepticalProof is operated and provided by Global Vision Nexus International Limited.
Service
SkepticalProof is a commercial software service for Amazon product research and product-opportunity decisions. Features may change, contain errors, be interrupted, or be modified. Availability of specific features, plans, pricing, and credits may vary.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use SkepticalProof. The service is intended for people who work with Amazon product research and product-opportunity decisions.
Plans and Full Decision allowance
SkepticalProof offers commercial plans including FREE and STARTER. STARTER includes a limited allowance of saved Full Decision reports per billing period. Each new saved Full Decision uses one credit. Evidence collection, provider retries, reopening, and refreshing an existing decision do not use additional credits unless a new durable Full Decision is saved. STARTER subscription
STARTER is US$49 per month and is a recurring monthly subscription. It includes 30 Full Decisions per billing period. Your subscription renews for subsequent monthly billing periods unless cancelled through the applicable subscription-management process. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access already paid for may continue through the applicable paid billing period, subject to the actual billing and subscription state. Refund handling is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Payment and Merchant of Record
Paid STARTER transactions are processed and sold through Paddle.com, our online payment reseller. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for applicable paid transactions. Paddle may handle payment processing, billing-related communications, subscription and payment administration, applicable taxes, refunds, and payment disputes according to Paddle's applicable processes. SkepticalProof remains the provider of the product and service; Paddle does not own or operate SkepticalProof.
Use of the service
Your use of SkepticalProof is voluntary. You may stop using the service at any time. SkepticalProof does not guarantee commercial outcomes, revenue, or business results from using the product. Service functionality, scope, and terms may change over time.
