Allowance questions: Each new saved Full Decision uses one credit. Evidence retries and reopening existing decisions do not consume additional credits. STARTER includes 30 Full Decisions per billing period.
Workspace access: If your account cannot access a workspace after sign-in, retry signing in or contact support using the details above.
