Refund Policy
This policy summarizes how refunds, cancellations, and payment matters work for SkepticalProof paid plans. It reflects our current commercial approach and is not a substitute for individualized legal advice.
STARTER subscription
STARTER is a recurring monthly subscription at US$49 per month. It includes 30 Full Decisions per billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your STARTER subscription through the applicable subscription-management process. Cancellation stops future renewal according to that process. Cancellation does not by itself automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Unused allowance
Unused Full Decisions or other unused allowance within a billing period do not by themselves create a cash or prorated refund entitlement.
Billing errors and payment problems
If you believe there was a billing error, duplicate charge, or other payment problem, contact SkepticalProof support or follow the applicable payment support process so the matter can be reviewed.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Paid STARTER transactions are processed and sold through Paddle.com. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for applicable paid transactions. Refunds and payment matters may be handled through Paddle where applicable, according to Paddle's buyer and payment processes.
Applicable law
Any mandatory refund or consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.
